Delivery policy
Effective August 2026. How we bake, pack, and fulfill your bakery orders through delivery couriers and store pickup.
1 Delivery and store pickup
All delivery orders are fulfilled using trusted third-party courier services directly to your address.
You can also choose store pickup at checkout and collect your order directly from our bakery in Jnah.
2 Baking, preparation and dispatch
Bakery items, fresh pastries, and cafe drinks are prepared fresh once confirmed. Once carefully packed to preserve freshness, your items are handed over to the courier for immediate delivery.
Estimated delivery times depend on bakery preparation, distance, and current traffic conditions.
3 Arrival and waiting time
The delivery courier will contact you by phone upon arriving at your address.
Couriers wait up to 10 to 15 minutes at your location. If you are unreachable by phone during this time, the order will be returned to the store.
4 Customer verification and handover
Our online ordering service is intended for customers aged 13 and above. Couriers may verify recipient contact details upon handover to ensure your freshly baked items reach the right person.
5 Delivery fees and payment
Delivery fees are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We accept Cash on Delivery in USD or LBP at the daily store exchange rate, and digital payments through Whish Pay.
