Signing in to Huda's is passwordless: we send a one-time verification code (OTP) via SMS to your mobile number.

Verification codes are temporary and expire shortly after they are issued. Your phone number is used to identify your account, prefill your saved details, and keep track of your order history.

If you order as a guest, your phone number is used solely to confirm and fulfill that specific order.

When you place an order, our bakery team receives the item list and preparation notes to bake and prepare your items fresh.

For delivery orders, essential fulfillment details (your name, phone number, address, and delivery notes) are shared with our third-party delivery couriers strictly to deliver your order.

For pickup orders, our counter team sees your name and order reference when you collect your items at our Jnah bakery.

Huda's Bakery accepts Cash on Delivery, Cash on Pickup, and digital payments through Whish Pay.

When paying via Whish Pay, payment details are processed securely by Whish under their privacy and security standards. Huda's does not store your financial credentials or wallet pins on our servers.

We only retain transaction reference numbers and payment status to confirm and receipt your order.

Our Progressive Web App stores certain preferences locally on your device to ensure a smooth and fast experience.

• Your active shopping cart, so items remain if you close or reload the app.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party providers who help us operate our service.

• Whish Pay to safely process digital payment transactions.

Account profiles and delivery addresses remain stored for as long as your customer account remains active.

Completed order records and transaction receipts are retained in accordance with standard bakery and food retail operational and accounting practices.

Temporary authentication codes and session tokens are cleared automatically shortly after use.

You have the right to view, update, export, or delete your personal details at any time.
