Terms and conditions

These terms apply between you and Huda's Bakery, located in Jnah, Beirut, Lebanon, when you use our Progressive Web App ([link]) and order our freshly baked goods, pastries, and cafe drinks.

By placing an order or using our app, you agree to these terms.

You can order as a guest without creating an account, or sign in using your mobile number and a one-time verification code (OTP).

Signing in saves your delivery details and gives you access to your past orders. You are responsible for keeping your phone and one-time verification codes secure.

Prices in the app are listed in US dollars (USD). Cash payments are accepted in USD or Lebanese Pounds (LBP) at the daily store exchange rate. Digital payments are processed through Whish Pay.

If a freshly baked item or pastry becomes unavailable after you place an order, our team will contact you directly on your mobile number to suggest a suitable alternative or adjust your order before dispatch.

An order is placed when you submit checkout and receive an on-screen order reference.

The app does not support automatic in-app cancellations. If you need to make urgent changes or cancel an order, please contact Huda's support immediately by phone at +961 78 988 119 or email at support@[link] before baking and preparation begin.

Orders are fulfilled either via in-store pickup at our Jnah bakery or delivered to your address by third-party delivery couriers.

Delivery couriers wait up to 10 to 15 minutes upon arriving at your address. If you are unreachable by phone during this time, the order will be returned to the store, and charges for freshly prepared baked goods, pastries, and beverages remain due.

We accept Cash on Delivery, Cash on Pickup, and digital payments through Whish Pay.

For cash orders, exact or prepared change is appreciated. For Whish Pay, digital authorization must be completed before order handover.

Freshly baked goods, pastries, and cafe beverages cannot be returned once prepared and delivered, unless an item arrived damaged, incorrect, or spoiled.

Packaged baked specialties, cookies, and shelf-stable bakery items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with items unopened and in their original packaging.

Verified refunds or adjustments are issued through Whish reversal, cash adjustment, or replacement baked items upon proof.

Promotional codes and coupons must be applied at checkout before submitting your order.

Coupons cannot be combined unless specified, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire on the stated date.

General use of the app and online ordering is intended for individuals at least 13 years of age.

Customers under the age of 18 should place orders under parental or guardian supervision.

You agree to use Huda's for genuine personal orders. Placing fraudulent orders, copying our catalog content, or attempting to compromise the security of our platform is strictly prohibited.

Huda's Bakery works hard to ensure accurate product information, top bakery freshness, and prompt fulfillment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Huda's is not liable for indirect damages, unforeseen delays caused by third-party delivery couriers, or temporary connectivity interruptions.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any updates will be published on this screen with a revised effective date.

Orders placed prior to any change are governed by the terms in effect at the moment the order was placed.
